DCAN Contracting was engaged by a returning client to build a custom 24' x 22' garage on a slab-on-grade foundation.
The project was completed start to finish by DCAN, including coordination of the concrete subcontractor, framing, full electrical installation, and all finishing work.
The exterior was carefully designed to match the existing home, featuring custom stonework, a pine soffit system, and a cedar gable pediment.
Extra coordination and attention to detail ensured all finishing elements—siding, windows, and doors—blended seamlessly with the original structure. The scope also included the supply and installation of all windows, doors, and the garage door.
